About
A small deck by a still lake.
Insighfulness is a place for everyday calm and self-reflection — for people who want simple, regular mindfulness practices that fit into a full day.

Why we made it
Most days don't have a spare hour for stillness. They do have gaps: the minute before a meeting, the wait for a bus, the last few pages of the evening. Insighfulness is built for those gaps.
We collect short breathing activities, relaxation exercises, gratitude journaling prompts and calm, puzzle-style exercises, and write them up as plain steps you can follow without an app, a mat or any special kit.
The picture we keep in mind is a cedar deck at dawn: a warm cup, a notebook, a few stacked stones and mist on flat water. Nothing to do yet. Just a moment to notice where you are.
What we believe
Small beats perfect
One honest minute counts. Every practice here has a version short enough to try before the kettle boils.
No streaks to guard
Missed a day? Begin again. Nothing here punishes you for being busy, tired or human.
Plain words
Clear steps, no jargon, no promises we can’t keep. Calm is a skill you practise, not a product you buy.
What you'll find
Keep a little calm close by.
